Lifelong employability is a key objective of the labour movement.
As a union member, you enjoy 80 to 90% course subsidies on courses offered by NTUC Learning Hub. Members looking for a job, or are keen in skills enhancement may also approach the Employability Coach at NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) for assistance.

Education
At UPAGE, we offer annual Education Grants to Member's children from Primary school to University.
As union members, each of your schooling children are also eligible to apply for Back-to-School vouchers* worth $125. These vouchers can be used to purchase textbooks, uniforms, spectacles from school bookshops, authorized uniform suppliers, BATA and many more. Application forms for UPAGE Bursary Awards and Back to School vouchers will be made available on our website when applications are opened.
